Candle Me Crazy, LLC (CMC) candles are not to be used for resale.
Candles, lit or unlit, should not be left unattended around children or pets. All candles should be burned in a well ventilated area and should never be left unattended. CMC is not responsible for harm/damage to any individual, pet or item.
CMC welcomes feedback but will remove any image or comments it deems inappropriate (I.e. contains foul language).
Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure all products are delivered undamaged. In the unfortunate event that you receive a broken candle, please email a clear picture to candlemecrazyllc@gmail.com for a refund.*
We sincerely hope that our customers enjoy all of our scents. If you purchase a candle and do not like it, simply return the unused item in the condition in which you received it within 30 days. A refund will be issued upon receival of the unused, undamaged product.
Refunds can only be issued to card used on the purchase.
Refunds will not be offered for any candles returned after 30 days of the delivery date.
*Situations where customers repeatedly have damaged goods will be treated fairly on a case by case basis.
